Roxburgh invests its own capital. We are not a fund, we do not raise money from outside investors, and we are not for hire.

The company is run by Cameron Roxburgh and REPLACE — father's name from Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. We take positions in small commercial, industrial flex, and residential property — as a limited partner alongside established operators today, and on our own account as we go.

Our interest is in buildings that can be improved and held, in Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties. We are patient about price and slow about leverage.
